Can I request a refund for a product?
Once you have purchased a recorded program, there are no refunds. If you have purchased a LIVE Zoom workshop and the program has not started, you can email [email protected] to request a refund.

Do I need to be a trainer or practitioner of Motivational Interviewing in order to watch the content?
