Meet the speaker
Fredrik Eliasson
Founder and CEO | Cultivate Kindness AB
Fredrik Eliasson works on the strategic development of welfare systems, operating at the intersection of structure, governance, and practical implementation. In his role at Storsthlm (the collaborative organization for municipalities in Stockholm County, owned by the county’s 26 municipalities), Fredrik leads development initiatives that strengthen regional cooperation between the municipalities and Region Stockholm regarding health, medical care, social services, and social issues. One of his major assignments involves developing a new regional model for cooperation agreements—focusing on clearer responsibilities and mandates, traceability and version control, systematic updates, and long-term management—with the aim of making collaboration less dependent on specific individuals and more structurally anchored. Fredrik has over 25 years of experience in the correctional services and social work sectors, serving as a manager and change leader, and have built and led large-scale implementation and training structures within the public sector. Alongside this, I run Cultivate Kindness AB, working with leadership, implementation, and organizational development.
