Mallori DeSalle, MA, LMHC, NCC, CMHC, CHP

Facilitator and member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Inc.

Mallori DeSalle is a licensed mental health counselor, nationally certified counselor, CliftonStrengths coach, certified humor professional and improv troupe member. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT, since 2014) is certified as a trainer by MINT (as of 2021). Over the last 20 years, she has worked in mental health, substance abuse, and prevention fields with people of all ages. Mallori owns her own training and consulting company and is faculty in the Department of Applied Health Science in the School of Public Health at Indiana University, Bloomington. She provides training and technical support on mental health related topics to multidisciplinary audiences across the world. Ms. DeSalle served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor from 2019-2022 and from 2021-2023 served as the President of the Cottey College Alumnae Association Board of Directors. Mallori is a mother, an Improv performer, and an obsessed Oreo hunter. Her credentials don’t impress her family, but occasionally her corny jokes do make them laugh.
